Different guests,
different rules.

A contractor signs a safety waiver. An interview candidate just checks in. A vendor accepts an NDA and uploads insurance. Build the flow once per purpose of visit and the kiosk asks each guest only what they need, capturing signatures, attestations, and custom fields against the record. Signed copies land in both inboxes.

Questions, answered.

Visitor Check-in Kiosk from the App Store. It appears as “Visitor Kiosk” on the home screen. Tap Try Demo to walk the full flow offline before you sign in. On iPad it is the recommended client; the simpler sign-in flow in the Meeting Room 365 app remains valid too. It needs iPadOS 17 or later, and it installs on iPhone too, though the lobby layout is drawn for a tablet.
The native iPad app is the full lobby experience: Demo mode, offline resilience, on-device Settings, guest Wi-Fi, package delivery, and the complete kiosk feature set. The simpler flow is lighter, covering core walk-in and invite check-in, configured mostly on the Visitors portal, and it runs in the Meeting Room 365 app or a browser with a display key.
On the new Visitors portal at visitors.meetingroom365.com: invites, today’s visitors, visit history, badge reprint, and remote kiosk settings. There is no app to install; sign in with the same Microsoft or Google work account you use everywhere else.
$49/month or $499/year per kiosk, one licence per check-in iPad, with unlimited sign-ins and signatures on it. Everything is billed from the same account as your room displays, and the iPad app recognizes existing web subscriptions, so you are never billed twice for the same kiosk. App Store in-app pricing may vary.
A native Android visitor app is on the roadmap. Until then, Android and Fire OS use the simpler visitor sign-in flow in the Meeting Room 365 app or a browser with a display key. Everything syncs to the same portal, invites, and licence.
No, that is Meeting Room TV. Visitor Kiosk is a lobby product: it handles who is in the building, not room calendars or in-room video. The Meeting Room TV Chrome extension is not used for visitor kiosks.
